As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract life cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers and subcontractors
- Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
- Meet with customers and subcontractors to discuss both legal and business matters
- Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts
- Analyze and prepare claim documentation
- Analyze and prepare change order / variation requests
Education, Skills, Experience Needed:
- 3 to 5 years’ Experience working in the construction / infrastructure industry (General contractor experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Understanding of legal terminology and key contract provisions. Experience working with prime contracts and flow down subcontracts
- Experience managing change orders / variations and claims
- Attention to detail
- Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office / Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Creative problem solving abilities
