As a Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Mechanical Group to ensure accurate, complete, and on-time administrative work is performed to meet departmental and organizational goals. This position is located in Dundalk, MD.

  • Coordinates quality controls to ensure the deliverables meet client demands
  • Creates and maintains accurate system for controlling/ filing project documents
  • Submits purchase orders
  • Thoroughly reviews vendor invoices
  • Reviews time sheets for accurate payroll processing
  • Maintains record of monthly certified payroll and project reports
  • Creates and submits monthly client invoicing

Education, Skills, Experience Needed:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong proficiency with construction management and industry estimating software skills required. Bluebeam, and MS Project preferred
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong ability in data/cost analysis, interpretation, formulation, and development of estimated quotes or proposals
  • Ability to read, comprehend and apply technical writing in regard to mechanical work, constructability, government contract and standard construction terminology and specifications
  • Excellent attention to details and follow through; strong problem-solving and logical application skills; ability to anticipate and negotiate potential issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Strong ability to present well and professionally collaborate with a diverse assortment of individuals and groups
  • Ability to adapt, with minimal or no advanced notice, to changes in how business is conducted and work is accomplished
