As a Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Substation Group to ensure accurate, complete, and on-time administrative work is performed to meet departmental and organizational goals. This position is located in Cherry Hill, NJ. The salary range is $59,000.00- $68,000.00.

Responsibilities:
- Handles daily processing of administrative items in a complete, accurate, and timely manner to ensure the department can meet their daily goals
- Supports management by compiling and entering data into the system to ensure accuracy of records
- Verifies daily Field reporting
- Assists the department by establishing administrative process efficiencies to ensure departmental and organizational success
- Performs tracking of Equipment/Fleet notifications
- Performs accurate payroll processing for projects
- Operates as a conduit and depository for daily and weekly updates on current projects to maintain up-to-date knowledge and documentation for customers and the project management team regarding project progress
- Assists with creating Client and Team Meetings for the group
- Maintains clear and professional communication with clients
Education, Skills, Experience Needed:
- Associate degree; will consider equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, logistics or similar background preferred
- Excellent organizational skills; able to plan, prioritize and execute with accuracy; high attention to detail; ability to anticipate future needs; ability to multitask; ability to solve problems and implement effective solutions
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present well and collaborate with clients and team members in a professional way
