As an QA/QC Document Control Administrator, you are expected to be on site full-time and be responsible for assembling all quality documentation into final as-built document packages, submitting and tracking of document package transmittals to the client, maintaining document client review status, and implementing document revisions when required. This role is to support the QA/QC site team inspecting components for the Offshore Wind project at the Port of Sparrows Pt, MD.

Responsibilities:
- Handles daily processing of QA/QC documentation and inspection reports, including allocation to the correct asset, digital document combining, document transmittal, and communication of client review status
- Supports quality management team by compiling and entering data into the system to ensure accuracy of records
- Assists the department by establishing administrative process efficiencies to ensure departmental and organizational success
- Prepares reoccurring and special reports, ensuring accurate and on-time completion
- Performs work in line with Riggs policies ensuring a high level of compliance, discretion, and security of information
Education, Skills, Experience Needed:
- High School Diploma or GED; will consider an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Document Control Administration within a construction, utility, or similar industry preferred; will consider someone with related experience as a clerk, bookkeeper, project support or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and with customer in a professional manner
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite is required. Must be able to create procedure templates (MS Word), develop spreadsheets to organize data and generate reports (MS Excel)
- Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam and/or Adobe Pro for the purpose of digital document combining and submittal to the client
- Oracle Aconex experience is a plus
- Ability to quickly adapt to new computer software
- Willing to take initiative, be proactive, highly motivated, and capable of self-managing without direct supervision
