As a Contractor of Choice (COC), Riggs Distler provides the manpower necessary to perform various preventative maintenance and system reliability upgrades across our host utility’s service territory. We work on hundreds of projects under this contract, including facility upgrades, system reliability improvements, capital expenditures, storm restoration efforts, and Department of Transportation projects.
