Riggs Distler Earns Great Place to Work Certification for Fifth Consecutive Year

Riggs Distler is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the 5th consecutive year. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Riggs Distler. This year, 89% of employees said it’s a great place To Work – 32 points higher than the average U.S. company.

Riggs Distler achieved remarkable success in 2023, earning multiple awards. In addition to being certified as a Great Place to Work, our team was presented with the following recognitions, a true testament to the exceptional work and dedication of RDC employees:

  • HighWire Safety Award-Platinum
  • New Jersey Alliance for Action Award for Rutgers CUP Project
  • NECA PDJ Excellence Award Winners: Substation (PECO Civic Substation GIS Relay & Structure Installation) & Industrial (Vicinity Energy Reverse Osmosis Water Plant)
  • Recipients of 4 Zero Incident Safety Awards from NMAPC (Aries Biosolids Plant, Vicinity, Fabrication Shop & NRG Energy)
  • RMS Elite Supplier Award for Lockheed Martin (6th Consecutive Year)
  • And lastly, the first ever Ventus HSE Program of the Year Award for our Offshore Wind work

Riggs Distler’s employee-run philanthropic committee, Helping Hands, also accomplished an impressive achievement in 2023: our team raised $52,480 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, bringing our five-year total, between fundraising and sponsorships, to an incredible $312,478. Employees also supported other notable causes including the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Audubon Green Team, Autism Speaks, Riverbend, the Philadelphia Police Athletic League, Toys for Tots, SkillsUSA, local food banks throughout the northeast, and many more.

As demonstrated by our achievements in 2023, our employees serve as the cornerstone of our success. Their hard work, expertise, and passion are the pillars upon which our company stands.
