Centuri Acquires Riggs Distler

We are excited to announce the acquisition of Riggs Distler & Company, Inc. and welcome their 1,500 employees to the Centuri team.

Riggs Distler a New Jersey-based provider of turnkey union construction solutions for utility, telecom, and industrial markets with long-standing customer relationships with nearly all of the major investor-owned electric utilities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

This is a transformational acquisition for Centuri. Riggs Distler will be a strong union electric platform that will allow us to provide new service offerings to combination utility customers, initially throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions. In addition to solutions for utility providers, Riggs Distler brings exciting opportunities in 5G telecom and renewable power generation, further advancing our shared commitments to support clean energy delivery and reduce carbon emissions.
