Posted on July 28, 2017 in News
In June, over 2,100 NPL employees across 232 job sites participated in the National Utility Contractors Association Trench Safety Stand Down. Recognizing that trench and excavation hazards are among the most dangerous in our industry, work stopped on these sites to make time to reinforce the important of our 2’4’5′ trench safety guidelines for protecting our crew members in and around open excavations.
These following areas participated in the event: Connecticut, Minnesota, Las Vegas, Virginia, Chicago/Illinois, Ohio, Southern California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, Maryland, Baltimore, Phoenix and Southern Arizona.
