Riggs Distler is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place to Work® for the 4th consecutive year. This prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Riggs Distler. This year, 85% of employees said it’s a great place to work – 28 points higher than the average U.S. company.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

“Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the VP of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Riggs Distler stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”

We are proud to be considered a Great Place to Work for a fourth consecutive year. This achievement is an independent validation of our company culture, values, and practices, as evaluated by our own employees. It reflects our unwavering commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our exceptional team members.” – Steve Zemaitatis, Jr., President and CEO of Riggs Distler

Riggs Distler had an award-winning 2022. Riggs Distler’s Helping Hands also accomplished an impressive achievement in 2022: over the last four years, we have raised an astonishing $230K+ for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. We also supported organizations across the Northeast and the globe, not limited to: the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, local food pantries and animal shelters, Ronald McDonald House, Fast Forward, NOVA, Toys for Tots, the Police Athletic League, and displaced Ukrainian orphans in Poland.

As evidenced by our accomplishments last year, our employees are the driving force behind our success. Their hard work, expertise, and passion are the pillars upon which our company stands. We firmly believe that a happy and motivated workforce leads to exceptional results, and that is why we continually strive to provide a workplace that fosters growth, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
