June 1, 2022 started this year’s storm season for the North Atlantic region and we’re prepared to support efforts to restore power as safely and quickly as possible. We’ve deployed thousands of workers and hundreds of fully loaded trucks to help get utility networks back online over the decades. Riggs has dedicated fleet mechanics, tool shop specialists, project managers and field staff on call to be able to get on the road quickly and safely.
Our managers and field staff have weathered many storms and are knowledgeable and prepared to work in post-disaster settings. Learn more about our emergency restoration efforts after Hurricane Katrina, Maria, Sandy, and Isaias.

Riggs Distler’s Helping Hands is proud to sponsor the Philadelphia St. Jude Walk/Run on Saturday, September 27th at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. This marks our 7th year supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, with over $350,000 raised since 2019 to help advance lifesaving treatments and ensure families never receive a bill for care.
