State of the Art Fabrication Shop
Riggs Distler’s state-of-the-art UA fabrication facility is one of the largest pipe fabrication shops in the Mid-Atlantic United States. We have over 30,000 square feet of segregated, production-oriented floor space, multiple overhead cranes, an additional building for specialized welding, and a 11 Acre of lay-down yard. With long-term stability in our skilled workforce, our fabrication efficiency and quality is second to none. We supply to a diverse range of industries, including power generation, refineries, water treatment, renewable fuels, and manufacturing facilities.

- RMD, gas metal arc, submerged arc, and gas tungsten arc
- 100+ weld procedures on almost any metallurgy in the industry
- 5000 sq. ft. indoor area for modular or skid construction

- Separate carbon steel and stainless steel fabrication areas

- QAQC Department with Full-time, Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)

Riggs Distler’s Helping Hands is proud to sponsor the Philadelphia St. Jude Walk/Run on Saturday, September 27th at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. This marks our 7th year supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, with over $350,000 raised since 2019 to help advance lifesaving treatments and ensure families never receive a bill for care.
